Agreeing to Terms

By signing up as a client of Ragi Media or using the ragimedia.com website, you agree to be legally bound by these conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. Ragi Media may change these terms at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page periodically to review these conditions, as they are binding to you. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
 

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. No materials may be copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, reproduced, or transmitted in any method unless fully authorized by a Ragi Media representative. Materials may not be modified, used for commercial purposes, reverse engineered, or mirrored on any server without permission.
 

Refund Policy Requirements

To qualify for Ragi Media’s refund policy:

1. Must accept a call from a Support Specialist for feedback.

2. Must complete Ragi Media’s Exit Survey.

3. Must create at least one project.

4. Must give feedback and allow our designers at least two attempts to make the project right.
    

Refund is not applicable if:

1. You approve any project.

2. The 30-day refund period has passed.

3. You request or download source files.
    

User Representation

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit is accurate.

2. You will update such information as necessary.

3. You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.

4. You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.

5. You will not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Site.

6. You will not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
    

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all account activity. We may reclaim or change usernames deemed inappropriate.
 

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ragi Media disclaims all warranties related to the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in content

• Personal injury or property damage

• Unauthorized server access

• Service interruptions

• Viruses or harmful content

• Any loss resulting from site content or linked resources
   

Limitations

Ragi Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profit or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
 

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. No claims may be brought more than 6 months after the cause of action arises.
 

Corrections

We reserve the right to correct errors or update site content at any time without notice.
 

Your Uploaded Content

All content you upload (text, files, images, etc.) remains your property. You are fully liable for its use and legal compliance. Ragi Media uses your content as-is and is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements.
 

Responsibility

Permission to Use

By submitting content, you grant Ragi Media a license to use it for service delivery and marketing. Ownership remains yours.
 

Infringement

Misuse

Do not post abusive, false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
 

Fees and Refunds

Fees must be paid upfront. By subscribing to services, you authorize recurring charges based on your billing cycle. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment. Cancellation is available by contacting us. After canceling, your access will continue until the current billing period ends. Prices may change without prior notice.
 

Ownership & Responsibility

All source files and completed work are yours to keep. You are responsible for providing legal content and materials. Ragi Media is not liable for any IP rights infringement resulting from your submissions.
 

Releasing Completed Work

We aim for error-free deliveries. If errors occur, notify us for revisions. We are not liable for business loss due to errors in delivered files. Review all materials before publishing or printing.
 

Confidentiality

All communications with Ragi Media are confidential. We do not share your private or project information.
 

Delivery Output

You may submit unlimited design requests. We work on one project at a time including revisions. You may pause or cancel projects at any time.
 

Site Management

We reserve the right to:

1. Monitor the Site for violations

2. Take legal action as needed

3. Refuse or limit user access

4. Remove oversized or excessive files

5. Enforce these Terms and protect our platform
    

Third-Party Websites and Content

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our website. Use such links at your own risk.
