Shipping Policy

Ragi Media is committed to transferring all deliverables to clients as soon as the client approves the design during a call with the designer. We take every effort to securely share the files via various cloud-based storage platforms, as mutually agreed upon between the client and Ragi Media on a project basis.
 

While sharing the design files, Ragi Media will provide all final designs as well as the source files (open files) for clients to use for their diverse needs.
 

We follow a shipping policy as outlined below:

1. Ragi Media holds the right to withhold the design and source files if any payment is due from the client.

2. Clients are advised to download the files from the cloud storage within 2 weeks from the date of final delivery.

3. Ragi Media is not responsible if the client fails to download the files within the stipulated time.
