As artificial intelligence increasingly powers user experiences—personalized content, chatbots, smart interfaces—it’s clear that AI is no longer a back-end mystery. It’s front and center in the UX world. But with great power comes great responsibility.


UX designers must now grapple with questions beyond usability: Are our AI experiences fair? Transparent? Respectful of user privacy?
